About 1st for Care 1st for Care is a growing healthcare company, opened
in 2014, nurse led and regulated by CQC. We offer quality support and care for
people at home. We believe we fill a gap
when it comes to providing the care that you would expect. By this, we mean
working with you to achieve what you need and want within the constraints that
you have such as your health, finance, location. We have offices in Lancaster
however can provide care anywhere in England specifically, your home.
Many of our clients have complex care needs, but our main role
is to enable them to remain independent.
We can provide a 2 hour a week sitting service in an area where we have existing
staff right up to a 24 hour a day complex care team. Staff are professional,
experienced, well trained, and security checked. We usually employ people
especially for you, train and supervise them. You will not usually have
strangers sent to you.
As a company led by health professionals, we are invested
in our work in a manner that others may not be.
This allows us to offer a personal and professional service that
contains more. We aim to get it right. We deal with most things before they
happen however if something does happen we are extremely responsive. We can offer
advice and direction, make referrals and help with assessments from simple risk
assessments to assisting with complex CHC (Continuing Healthcare) assessments.
